Aventino Cucina is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef for our new restaurant located in Bethesda! Aventino is Chef Mike Friedman’s ode to the simplicity and delight of Roman-Italian food and drink. The menus will center on seasonal produce, Italian traditions and modern innovation. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) yearsof experience in kitchen management, basic knife skills and an acumen for organization. A strong desire to learn and grow within the company is a must. This opportunity will provide a hands-on education including pasta, bread and salumi production as well as plating creativity, menu development and business insights.
